The Roselli Hunting knife is the original Roselli design, first introduced in 1976. Created with a minimalist, functional approach, it has been tested and refined for 50 years in real hunting conditions across Finland’s forests and wilderness.
Originally developed for moose hunters, the knife quickly proved its versatility when handling large game such as moose, wild boar and deer. The blade profile is optimized for skinning and controlled cuts, offering precision without sacrificing strength.
The blade is forged from our premium carbon steel and hardened to approximately 60 HRC, delivering excellent edge retention, toughness and easy resharpening in the field. This makes it a dependable tool for long hunting trips where reliability matters more than anything else.
This knife is fitted with a dark handle, an uncommon and exclusive combination typically reserved for our UHC steel range. Produced in a small batch, with limited pieces available. The handle is crafted from stained curly birch and treated with linseed oil to provide a secure, comfortable grip, even in wet or cold conditions. Each handle is unique in pattern and texture, emphasizing the natural character of the materials.
The knife comes with an innovative handcrafted sheath of dark vegetable-tanned Finnish leather, with a metal spring to keep the case tight regardless of your movements.
