Shipping details
With DHL Express, after your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email or text. The link allows you to choose the best delivery option for you, including home delivery, delivery to a DHL Service Point, or to a Parcel Locker. Shipments to Service Points or Lockers are held for 14 days before being returned.

There are no hidden fees or surprises at checkout – what you see is what you pay.
Return policy
All customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Even if you decide to return the item, you must collect the delivery and then send it back to Roselli Oy. Contact Roselli Oy before initiating a return.
The goods must be in the same condition as when delivered, and a receipt must be included. Note that engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and ensuring the item is delivered to Roselli Oy. Once the return is received, we will refund the value of the goods.
