By visiting our site or purchasing something from us you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Roselli Oy is not responsible for potential losses, damage (direct or indirect), reparations, indemnities, bodily injuries, damage to persons harms that may affect any user of our products. We do not assume any responsibility should legislation, whether national or local, restrict the customers intended usage of the purchased product. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


2. Liability and Age of Consent

Placing an order at Roselli.fi makes you liable. You accept this liability by accepting the Terms of Service and by placing an order when clicking “Place order” in the check out. By using this site, you are required to be at least 18 years of age. You are also required to be of the age as that your state, province or residence and country require for use of websites and online purchases of the products located on and sold on this website. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you fulfil these age requirements and that you will abide by the law related to our products which are applicable to you.


3. Privacy and personal Information

When ordering a product, the customer must fill in personal information. By making a purchase you accept that this information may be stored in accordance with Roselli Oy privacy policy in order to fulfil our agreement to you as a customer. Roselli Oy processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

4. Prices

The prices displayed at the Website include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) for sales within the European Union (“EU”). Extra charges that are out of our control, e.g. import taxes, customsduties and VAT, may be added depending on which country the customer orders from. You as a customer are responsible for paying all the Charges related to the products, as you are the importer of the products.

These terms are subject to changes in price, VAT adjustments, currency changes, typos, campaigns, errors in stock balance, etc. The applicable product price is the one stated at the order confirmation.


5. Payment/Freight/Delivery

The customer will be able to select the desired option for payment, freight and delivery when proceeding to “check-out”, before completing the purchase made through our website. The terms for payment, delivery and freight chosen by the customer when placing an order with Roselli applies to the order made. The options available for payment, delivery and freight, as well as the terms, may vary from time to time.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

6. Return policy

All customers have the right to regret the purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. Even if the customer regrets the purchase, he or she must collect the goods and after that return it to Roselli Oy. If returning, the receipt must be attached. Please contact Roselli Oy before returning the goods. When returning the purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as when delivered. Engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer must pay for the return freight and is also responsible for delivery to Roselli Oy. Returned products will be compensated with the value of goods.


7. Warranty

8. Force majeure

Roselli Oy is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed. Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations


9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finish law and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Service shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Helsinki Chamber of Commerce.

CUSTOMER DISCOUNT CODE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Discount codes are valid for online orders only.
2. Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns, promotions or offers, unless otherwise specified.
3. Promotion codes provide savings on new orders placed through the website.
4. We reserve the right to decline orders if a promotion code is deemed invalid.
5. Promotion codes are valid for specific products while supplies last and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Only one voucher code can be used per order and per customer.
7. In the event of product returns, refunds will be issued for the original purchase value, reflecting the discounted price paid by the customer, not the regular price.
8. If a part of the order is returned, the refund will match the value of the item(s) at the transaction time, including the applied discount.
9. Promotional discounts are not applicable to replacement items. If the offer is still valid when making a return, you can place a new order using the original promotional code.
