Since 1976, Roselli's handmade Finnish hunting knives have been the obvious choice among hunters looking for that little something extra. Our carbon steel hunting knives deliver an extreme and long lasting sharpness – this means you don't have to sharpen your knife nearly as often when you’re taking care of your game, we promise.

Our hunting knife range comes in two different carbon steels (learn more about our  different steels here); Our unique UHC steel (Ultra High Carbon) and our standard carbon steel (which is not standard in the sense, but outperforms most of our competitors). We have everything from skinning knives and opening knives to the perfect all-round hunting knife.

A good hunting knife is one of the most important tools a hunter can carry with him out in the field – that's why Heimo Roselli created hunting knives in UHC steel. Roselli's UHC steel's superior cutting performance and sharpness lies in the small carbides formed in the steel. The carbides themselves are almost as hard as diamond – which makes the blades extremely sharp. Many hunters therefore choose to give up all other hunting knives and instead choose a hunting knife in UHC steel from Roselli.
